Historical noble residence, obtained from an ancient monastery of Benedictine Cluniacensi monks dating back to the 13th Century, stands out for its happy panoramic position among the vineyards overlooking the village of Chiuro and for its characteristic structural connection with the adjacent church of St. Bartolomeo be part of a single complex.

The palace, renovated and restored with antique passion by the architect and painter Renzo Sala in the early 70s under the supervision of the Superintendence of the Monumental Heritage, combines prestigious artistic and historical values with the housing qualities of a villa surrounded by greenery and isolated from the rest of the town, although easily connected by road with the capital of Sondrio, with places of tourist and cultural interest such as the nearby Teglio and the major ski resorts from Valtellina.
